  12. I just got a USR Sportster 28.8 internal. Just one problem. On incoming
  13. fax calls my modem answers but will not send a fax tone to the sender
  14. about 90% of the time. To some fax machines it would respond, but to
  15. some it would not. Any suggestions? I am using bitfax software ver3.22
